The nearest metrostation to the Embassy of Finland in Brussels is Schuman.
From the airport you can take a bus nr. 12, which stops at the Schuman square and circulates almost every 15 minutes. The other choice is to come by train to the Bruxelles-Nord railway station and from there you can take a train to Schuman station.
