The Finlande.be -service is a distribution channel for information and services provided by the Finnish embassy and Ministry for Foreign Affairs for Finns and non-Finns alike. The online service is provided in Finnish, Swedish, French, Dutch and English.
Front-page news is a topical communiqué, speech or article on Finland, Finnish culture or the activities of the Representation in Belgium. Also to be found on the homepage is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ current affairs column with communiqués, speeches and articles from the state and foreign affairs administration.
The Current Affairs link takes users to the representation’s own communiqués and articles about the activities of the representation. Also available on this page is advice to travellers and communiqués from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which are updated via the formin.finland.fi site, as well as media reviews drafted by the representation. Current affairs material can be ordered as an RSS feed for delivery to an RSS reader.

The Language Options, Site Map, Feedback and Search features are to be found in the top right-hand corner of each page.
The user can navigate to the Swedish, French, Dutch and English interfaces by selecting from the Language Options. An indication is given with individual communiqués and documents of whether they are available in other languages.
The Site Map operates as a search function, and clicking on the plus sign in front of the word brings up the navigation feature below and the site contents.
The Feedback Form can be used to communicate with the representation, which processes the feedback that it receives as quickly as possible.
The Search function operates by way of a free search. A search can be refined using an asterisk to split a word and by using AND or OR to combine words.
